I have recently given NDA ii examination and  i am suffering from the same question. why? Today i will give you answer in different form. That is in form of diary. we all do pass from a stage where we think that studies are too boring than other stuffs and works. The point is that we see other things intresting rather than studies.we make a habit sitting like a idol instead of stressing our brain into studies. Some people can do some physical activities but they feel sleepy when book is in their hand.  So what is the solution ? Fever is itself a great hazard and when it comes with headache the level of dusturbance is at its highest. some cures for treating them: 1) take 1 ml chinium sulphur 200x homeopathic medicine and mix it in 200 ml water. Take this water per hour. 2) Take 1 ml eupatorium perf 30x and shake it with 200 ml water(1 cup) and drink this every hour. 3) Take chinium arsenicum 200 x two times a day.
