Points you are overlooking at gym that can result to be more dangerous

For gaining a perfect body shape gym is a helpful tool. But sweating at the gym does not make your body in shape. In fact if you are sweating at gym just as a worker who works to gain something, its not going to work. There are certain points which you should be taking care seriously if you want a very perfect body shape in least effort.
We often overlook these and the result is instead of gaining shape we just work hadly and have the same body order as it was at the day first.
Coming to the point ,here is the facts you should follow for the better result :

  1. Protine -key to success at gym : protine is the basic requirement of our body to build muscles and tendons. As during the high workouts our body's low strength muscle break and it becomes a high strength mhscle. So for the process of building high tension muscles you should intake proper amount of protein. Also, protein is the only supplement whose intake dont have any side effect on our body and its natural. But it doesnt mean take any powder which shows protein in it. Take only trusted brands powder e.g. protinex .     Dosage: you should first take 2-3 spoon a day with milk and then increase the amount weekly.
  2. Tight underwears : generally gym advisors dont tell this because they think its nkt necessary but the fact is ,it is. Having a loose underwear makes your body tight at upper and loose at lower which results in deshaped body order and inclined hips. 
  3. Sweating much- health risk : sweating helps your body weight down but sweating too much is not so healthy. If you are tired after doing normal exercises at gym and lots of sweating occurs or your heart rate increase and you breathe forcefully ,implies that your body health is not fine. You should not overdo the exercise. Take a proper rest. Meet your physician and do proper checkup because if your body is not healthy your workout go in no hands.
  4. Neat food: its said that if 'your food is not neat you are just wasting your time'. So make sure that your meal is good as according to a proper gym guide. Your meal should consisit of suitable proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, calcium, citric acid and water. Dont take heavy food with fats (e.g. oily things, pizza, too much potato, candies etc.) as these will make your fats again and your workouts will be of no meaning.
  5. Focus on every organ : sometimes people just burn times on largening their biceps and forgetting that their belly too needs workout. Remember that you are exercising to make your body in a perfect shape not to just to win a largest biceps award. Internally all of your organs are connected, then how can you make them perfect by doing effort on a single area. Your body needs workout not your organ. By working on every organ you can make other parts in shapes easily.
So these are the tips that need to be followed strictly. Follow these with regular gym and the result will be awesome.
